Job Title: AWS System Architect

We are seeking an experienced AWS System Architect to join our team at Raytheon UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure and scalable cloud-based systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and experience with AWS. You will work closely with our engineering team to define and implement cloud-based architectures, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure and scalable cloud-based systems
  • Work with engineering specialists to define safety and security architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud-based solutions meet customer needs
Requirements:
  • Eligible or holder of current SC security clearance
  • Ability to deploy mainstream architecture frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, aerospace engineering, engineering technology, or systems
  • Relevant experience in systems engineering
  • Weapon systems domain knowledge and/or experience in a similar field
