Role: KFC Restaurant General Manager

As a KFC Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales and profitability in your restaurant. You will be a key member of the restaurant management team, ensuring the smooth and standardized operation of day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach, train, and engage your team to grow them to become their best selves.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure your restaurant meets our excellent standards.
  • Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a functional and well-oiled machine that is your restaurant.
