Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction on health and safety matters across our UK operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate health and safety risks across our operations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and internal policies, including the development and implementation of effective health and safety management systems.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the health and safety knowledge and skills of employees across our operations.
- Incident Investigation and Reporting: Lead and facilitate root cause investigations into incidents and near misses, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to prevent recurrence.
- Communication and Engagement: Communicate health and safety information and expectations to employees at all levels, ensuring that everyone understands their role in maintaining a safe working environment.
