Brightwork is currently looking for Abattoir General Operatives to join our team in a dynamic environment.
The hourly wage starts at £11.64, with an increase to £12.04 after a period of 26 weeks.
This position is full-time, with shifts commencing at 7am and concluding between 3.30pm and 5pm.
Your Responsibilities
As an Abattoir General Operative, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing tasks such as picking, cutting, and loading within the Abattoir using specialized knives and equipment.
- Assisting in the production processes for beef and lamb.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for the Abattoir General Operative position will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and comfort in handling animal by-products.
No prior experience in a General Operative or Warehouse Operative role is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
