Amazon Ads and Retail Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Media Manager to lead our Amazon Ads and Retail Media team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a high-performing team of Retail Media professionals to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
- Monitor client results and delivery against forecast, providing clear strategic direction on how to improve performance.
- Implement and manage client processes, including reporting and finance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and platforms in the Retail Media ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain project and account development plans outlining key tasks for clients.
- Ensure work is always in line with client's overall strategy.
- Accurately forecast potential delivery and ROI for existing and new clients.
- 3+ years' experience in channel working at tier 1 agencies/clients or a Retail Media specialised Agency.
- 1+ years' experience in team management and/or mentoring and coaching others.
- Experience gained working with relevant technologies.
- Passionate about the internet and technology, with a keen interest in the development of PPC as a channel.
