About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee a team of Sales Consultants to achieve input and output targets. To accomplish this, they will need to collaborate closely with the front office to maximize long and short-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and engage the team to hit their targets and exceed expectations
  • Develop a winning strategy for new business
  • Achieve individual targets for calls, market appraisals, instructions, and revenue
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
  • Build a positive and productive team culture to drive results and engagement
  • Manage a team of Consultants, providing consistent coaching and guidance
  • Monitor the performance of the team and provide regular performance updates to the Head of Outbound Sales
  • Identify and address any performance issues within the team
  • Develop and implement team training plans to upskill team members and improve performance
  • Ensure systems are being used accurately
  • Ensure that all team members are following all Hive procedures, processes, and frameworks
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Display a strong track record of coaching and mentoring
  • Experience within the Property sector (preferred)
  • Driven and motivated to exceed targets
  • Ability to adapt, grow, and learn quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Be a strong negotiator
