As a Collections and Delivery Driver for Angard Staffing, you will be responsible for driving a long wheel-based van, delivering parcels on a dedicated route, quickly and efficiently, whilst maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Route Planning: Plan your delivery route to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parcels.
- Safety Checks: Conduct regular safety checks on your vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Physical Demands: Lift and carry items up to 30kg, equivalent to 32 bags of sugar, as part of your daily duties.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by delivering parcels to households and businesses in a friendly and professional manner.
- Additional Responsibilities: Go the extra mile for our customers by delivering everything from birthday presents to vital business information.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence with no more than six points.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
- Physical Fitness: Have a good level of fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- Organisational Skills: Possess excellent organisational skills to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Resilience and Flexibility: Demonstrate resilience and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
