About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager at Rogerson Shoes, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire Sales Success: Lead by example to drive sales and hit targets.
- Create an Amazing Experience: Make the shop floor an exciting place for customers and a motivating environment for staff.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
