We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore, a purpose-built care home providing high-quality, recovery-focused nursing care to individuals aged 18-65 experiencing enduring mental health issues.
Your RoleAs a Registered Nurse at Meallmore, you will be responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical practice. You will oversee all aspects of the shift, conduct continuous assessments, and develop person-centred care plans. You will also mentor your team members and role-model best practice.
Requirements- Current registration with the NMC
