As a Children's Team Leader Nights, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs and disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centered care and support.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Care Manager to ensure effective management of the service.

Requirements:
