About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Village Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotels and leisure clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure the upkeep of our hotels and leisure clubs.
  • Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
