Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Hero Recruitment Limited. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership and clinical care to our residents.

About the Role:
  • Provide clinical nursing to residents, including medication management and infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Support residents with complex needs and dependency levels.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to deliver excellence in care.
About You:
  • You must have a Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC and a valid UK NMC PIN.
  • You should have excellent clinical skills in complex care, including peg feeds, dementia awareness, and ventilators.
  • You should be able to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with their mobility.
