Investment Analyst Opportunity

Higher Capital Consulting is partnering with a leading PERE firm to hire an Investment Analyst. This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier team and be involved in all stages of the investment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and execute potential real estate acquisitions, including equity and debt investments
  • Model complex cash flows, research real estate markets, public equity and debt opportunities
  • Assist with asset management, including business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution
Requirements
  • At least 1 year and maximum 2 years experience in real estate and/or Investment Banking or from a Big 4 accountancy firm
  • Graduate from a top university
  • Superior analytical, quantitative and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling

Please note that given the complexity of the financial modeling across the capital stack, we are expecting a top academic record and 1 year experience in a leading PERE or Investment Banking firm.
