Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Nursery Manager at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and development of our setting in Weybridge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of early years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest EYFS framework and Ofsted standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
  • At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery.
  • At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams.
  • Ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
  • Genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn.
  • Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements.
