About the Role

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director, Retail Planning and Development. As a key member of our senior team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, closing business, and enhancing our sales strategy with your ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales (50%)
    • Network with existing clients and industry professionals to represent and raise awareness of our value proposition.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline within our Hubspot CRM to maximise client acquisition.
    • Support a closed sales loop from initial outreach through to closing deals and working closely with all teams.
  • Manage Leads (25%)
    • Manage leads from a strong inbound marketing funnel with a high volume of leads coming through the website.
    • Keep close to the client and seek opportunities to grow the account.
  • Building Venue Partnerships (25%)
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key venue partners to drive business growth.
    • Work closely with our events team to ensure seamless execution of events.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Sales/Business Development/Partnership Management experience.
  • Previous sales experience within Events and Live Streaming is desired but not essential.
  • Able to travel to visit clients (majority in London).
  • Driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience + commission + discretionary bonus.
