This is a key position, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of refrigeration maintenance across multiple site locations. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all service and maintenance requests.
- Effectively maintain and repair refrigeration equipment in customer locations
- Provide assistance with HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits
- Prioritize maintenance and repair work to meet agreed timescales and response times
- Participate in an out-of-hours standby rota
- Arrange and communicate cover for holidays or unforeseen circumstances to the line manager
- Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk
