Job Title: Field Service Engineering Apprentice

KASTO Ltd, a leading global company in sawing machines and material storage solutions, is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineering Apprentice to join our UK service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and diagnosis of complex technical issues
  • Reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance
  • Installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Operator training and handover
  • Administration and reporting
Requirements:
  • Mobile / field-based position with home-based flexibility
  • Multi-skilled with electrical bias, requiring knowledge of electrical, electronics, PLC, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics
  • High level technical or professional qualifications or demonstrable competency
  • IT literate and professional in dealing with customers
  • Ability to work with the existing team of service engineers
Benefits:
  • Basic salary starting circa £30K (Based on 40 Hour working week)
  • Overtime paid at time and a third after 40 hours
