Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely deliveries within our FMCG warehouse. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inventory-related concerns and providing regular updates
  • Deep dive into stock discrepancies, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
  • Present insights to customers using charts, graphs, and Excel, providing clear, actionable feedback
  • Lead and facilitate inventory meetings with customers, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Manage and mentor a team of inventory staff, ensuring they are well-equipped and motivated
  • Use SAP s4 HANA and other relevant software to manage inventory data and optimize processes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, bonded warehouse environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with inventory management software, especially SAP HANA, and knowledge of customs and compliance
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfilment
  • A track record of achieving and surpassing performance targets in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting
