We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planner to join our team at TDM Recruitment. As a Senior Planner, you will play a central role in supervising and orchestrating planning and development initiatives throughout Kent, Sussex & South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects align with strategic development objectives.
  • Formulate and present planning applications, with ongoing communication with regulatory bodies.
  • Assess and propose resolutions for intricate planning and zoning issues.
  • Sustain a commitment to ongoing research, keeping up to date with local, regional, and national planning regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified and also MRTPI.
  • Currently working for a planning consultancy or residential developer/house developer.
  • Detailed experience in dealing with residential planning applications and appeals.
