Our client, a Specialist Facilities Management company based in the South East of England, is seeking a Permanent Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team.

This role will involve managing the completion of project activities, inspections, and certifications, as well as ensuring cost-effective use of materials. You will be responsible for addressing customer issues, maintaining accurate customer data, and providing timely certifications. It is essential to demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and contribute to achieving key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the completion of project activities, inspections, and certifications
  2. Ensure cost-effective use of materials
  3. Address customer issues and maintain accurate customer data
  4. Provide timely certifications
  5. Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and contribute to achieving key performance indicators

The successful candidate will possess a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel. They will also have City and Guilds 2394 and 2395 or City and Guilds 2391 Test and Inspect qualifications, as well as 18th Edition qualification to amendment 2. NVQ Level 3 qualification and City and Guilds 2360 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent are also required. Test & Inspection experience and good knowledge of Health and Safety legislation are essential. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also necessary.
