Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our expanding Digital team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and delivering cyber advisory work, assisting clients in understanding and communicating their cyber risk, and supporting them in achieving their desired cyber risk profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver cyber advisory work, including leading workshops and report writing
  • Assist clients in understanding and communicating their cyber risk
  • Support clients in achieving their desired cyber risk profile
  • Build sustainable relationships and networks with team members and clients
  • Manage team performance and delivery within agreed timeframes, budgets, and key financial metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong analytical skills to recognize trends and themes in technical findings
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills (both written and oral) and first-rate interpersonal skills at all levels
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within consulting and/or cyber security
  • Qualification, either at degree level or certification such as CISSP or CISM, in cyber security is highly desirable
  • Experience in working with clients, including leading workshops and report writing
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships and networks with team members and clients
  • Experience managing teams with a passion for developing self and others
  • Strong analytical skills to recognize trends and themes in technical findings
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and first-rate interpersonal skills at all levels
