Salesforce Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our team at The People Network. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a Salesforce project in the healthcare industry, harmonizing legacy systems, integrating with SAP for core business processing, and enabling more digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full traceability from requirements to testing to delivery
  • Adhere to QA and validation oversight framework
  • Manage large-scale Salesforce implementation projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable project management experience gained working on large-scale Salesforce implementation projects
  • At least one professional project management certification, such as PMP, SAFe, and/or Agile Certified
  • Strong presentation, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Experience of Salesforce projects integrating with SAP would be beneficial
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry is a huge bonus
