Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Worcester store to success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high-performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock management, visual merchandising, and a clean store environment.

- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers, adhering to company health and safety policies.
