About the Role:

As a Workshop Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our repair facility. You'll lead and manage a team of skilled technicians, driving productivity and maximizing workflow to deliver timely and accurate repairs that meet the highest quality standards for our valued customers.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
• Leading and motivating a team of technicians to achieve optimal performance and repair quality.
• Supporting the team by carrying out necessary repairs during absences, such as holiday periods.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations and implementing best practices within the workshop.
• Conducting quality control checks to guarantee that all repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 standards.

About You:

We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with a proven track record in the automotive repair industry. You'll possess:

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, and repair procedures as an MET Panel or Paint Technician.
• Supervisory experience within a fast-paced workshop environment.
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations, including EPA provisions and risk assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
