RESPONSABILIDADES

El objetivo principal del Representante de Belleza es alcanzar los objetivos de ventas como parte del equipo en su cuenta, cumpliendo con los estándares de servicio al cliente y ventas de Coty. Se espera que la persona tenga un sólido historial en ventas y experiencia comprobada en el sector de la belleza, con un alto nivel de habilidad en maquillaje y preferiblemente conocimientos en fragancias.

Enfócate en:

  • Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas mensuales y mantener los KPIs de la empresa.
  • Ser un modelo a seguir como embajador de la marca, protegiendo la equidad de las marcas de Coty y cumpliendo con las pautas de uniforme y presentación personal.
  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con el equipo de Coty en la tienda y mantener relaciones con el personal y la dirección del minorista.
  • Utilizar dispositivos digitales para informes y directrices de merchandising visual.
  • Construir relaciones con los clientes para influir en las ventas y promover productos adicionales.

El equipo está compuesto por un Gerente de Negocios de Burberry, un Asistente de Gerente de Negocios y 4 Representantes de Belleza, y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con varios departamentos como el Equipo de Gestión de Ventas, el Equipo de Merchandising Visual, el Gerente de Cuentas Nacionales, el Embajador de Educación Regional y el Gerente de Área. Todos tus colegas son artistas del maquillaje y expertos en fragancias enfocados en ventas dentro de nuestro portafolio de Gucci. Trabajando en el equipo, necesitarás ser apasionado y ambicioso para tener éxito y sentirte orgulloso de representar esta marca de lujo.

PERFIL DEL CANDIDATO

Como Representante de Belleza con experiencia en el sector minorista de belleza, tienes una profunda pasión por el maquillaje y las marcas de lujo, disfrutando de la responsabilidad de dirigir el negocio como si fuera propio. Te energiza trabajar en un entorno dinámico y diverso.

Además, debes tener:

  • Conocimientos y experiencia en maquillaje.
  • Sólido historial en ventas; trabajando hacia y gestionando objetivos.
  • Capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas con los equipos de ventas en la tienda.
  • Preferiblemente, conocimientos en fragancias.
