Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Representative to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for installing and servicing chemical feed and water treatment equipment at designated locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the local technical consultant and liaison with customer management and provide technical support to prescribed customer sites.
  • Coordinate functions with Area Field Services Lead/Management/Senior FSRs and perform water analysis and/or collect samples for preparation, labelling and shipment to designated laboratory for analysis.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on water treatment plant, chemical feed and keep maintenance records up to date for sites.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts (lube oil, tubing, piping, etc.) and perform routine as well as special sampling and analysis.
  • Relay Customer feedback to Field Services, Commercial and/or Technical and recommend appropriate site procedural and/or policy changes that will help improve performance and product quality.
Requirements
  • Experience in Science, Engineering, or a Technical Discipline or equivalent or have mechanical based experience from apprenticeships or site maintenance.
  • Water treatment equipment operation/Maintenance experience.
  • Mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
