About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd in Brighton. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to completion, working closely with clients and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions for a range of projects, including general structures, design and build, and bespoke residential work.
  • Collaborate with clients and site teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in structural engineering, with a strong background in design and build and bespoke residential work.
  • Proficient in MasterSeries or Tekla, with experience in AutoCAD and Revit an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Able to work autonomously, with a high degree of independence and self-motivation.
