About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic retail team as an Area Store Manager. As a key member of the area team, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing operational support to our shops within a defined geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Area Manager and shop managers to allocate shop cover effectively
  • Build trusting relationships in each shop to maintain engaged and motivated teams
  • Maximize Net Sales Contribution (NSC) and Gift Aid (GA) in all covered shops to agreed targets
  • Deliver continuous improvement support against specific KPIs
  • Actively contribute to the local community and wider Retail network

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or operational management experience
  • Agile and adaptable working style
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
