IFA Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled IFA Administrator to join our team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our financial advisory group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and schedule client meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors to provide proactive assistance and support.
  • Communicate effectively with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assemble meeting materials for advisors before client meetings to ensure timely and accurate preparation.
  • Raise invoices where required to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
