The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a data-driven mindset capable of identifying trends and hands-on experience in working with international quality standards, compliances, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management Systems:
    • Develop, implement, improve, and maintain the company's quality management systems in accordance with industry standards (ISO 9001).
    • Monitor and review the effectiveness of the QMS and recommend improvements.
  • Compliance and Certification:
    • Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
    • Prepare for and manage external audits to maintain necessary certifications.
  • Quality Control and Assurance:
    • Oversee the quality control processes, including inspections and verification of products.
    • Implement and manage corrective and preventative actions (8D, CAR, etc.) to address quality issues.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Address customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution of quality-related issues.
    • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Generate detailed reports on quality metrics, performance, and non-conformities for management review.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work seamlessly with other departments (e.g., Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics) to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
    • Work closely with regional offices, ensuring clear and regular communications and updates are provided.
    • Participate in NPD projects to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the outset.
    The Individual

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with a data-driven mindset capable of identifying trends and hands-on experience in working with international quality standards, compliances, and systems. You will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, and 8D).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and data analysis.
