We will also speak with those who may have stepped away from the agency world and are eager to get back into it.

The Job

You'll join a team of fantastic consultants who are specialists in their core markets, working alongside both small and large finance companies on a national basis. You'll be given all the tools to succeed in your role and flourish with a team of like-minded individuals. Your responsibilities will include writing job adverts from customer briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, compiling shortlists, arranging interviews and providing feedback, writing offers, and handling the onboarding process with customers. You will be expected to source your own clients and nurture them once won into long-term relationships to maximise your income.

Your Skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment - 2+ years
  • An interest in Accountancy and Finance
  • Business Development ability
  • A strong history of billings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Great organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Computer-literate
  • The ability to be office-based
