Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Programme Administrator. As a key member of our programme operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality student experience and coordinating the smooth delivery of programme operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and organise the workload of programme administrators and work closely with other Senior Programme Administrators to ensure consistent, efficient processes.
  • Act as the escalation point for programme-related issues to support programme administrators using initiative to problem-solve issues as they arise.
  • Provide student data and reports when requested, maintain programme trackers, student records, and programme documentation effectively, to ensure high levels of quality assurance.
  • Liaise with the University's relevant teams and applicants to ensure an effective onboarding process, including effective decision-making on applications, checking applicant eligibility, and tracking applicants to complete the application process.

  • An ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure prioritisation and completion of multiple tasks.
  • Ability to use own initiative and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration.
About the Role

This is a 10-month maternity cover role primarily supporting our Custom & Open programmes, and a 12-month role supporting our Coaching portfolio. Flexibility is key, as the role may work across Pre-Experience Post-Graduate, Post-Experience, Apprenticeships, Corporate Development, and Undergraduate programmes. The specific workload allocation will be determined dependent on student recruitment.
