As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on luxury fashion and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized shopping experiences to each customer, offering styling advice and recommendations.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, designers, and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that clients' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or luxury retail environment is preferred.
  • Passionate about fashion, with extensive knowledge of luxury brands and designers.
  • A people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
