Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are working with Flying High Multi Academy Trust and Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham Multi Academy Trust to provide their supply staff. Our goal is to find compassionate and dedicated individuals who desire to work with vulnerable children and make a difference in students' lives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils, primarily those with Autism, Speech, and Language disorders, along with other related additional needs. We have several full-time and part-time roles available for immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with Autism, Speech, and Language disorders, and other related additional needs.
  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with pupils to provide individualized support.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans.
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess transferable skills from care work, support work, coaching work, or any other community/education-based roles. While experience is beneficial, we are more interested in finding compassionate, caring, and patient individuals who desire to work with vulnerable children.
