We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Order Management Analyst at Wild Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of orders from receipt to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent overstocking or understocking.
- Order Processing: Verify and process orders in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Pricing and Promotions: Ensure that pricing is set up correctly for promotions and changing seasons, and that all relevant discounts and incentives are applied.
- Order to Cash Management: Manage the order-to-cash process for multiple delivery channels, including receipt and processing of standard and sample orders, and management of customer queries and invoices.
- Warehouse Coordination: Liaise directly with the warehouse to coordinate all repacks, labelling, and special deliveries, and ensure that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to the Head of Operations, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
