We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our Diabetes Foot Protection Service team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients with diabetic foot problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based comprehensive assessment, review, and treatment of patients with diabetic foot problems.
- Work within agreed local care pathways, codes of practice, and professional standards to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical quality guidelines and protocols.
- Valid HCPC registration.
- BSc Diploma/Degree in Podiatric Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 year working in the community (postgraduate).
- Sound demonstrable knowledge of NICE clinical guidelines relating to diabetic foot problems.
