Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of our payment solutions.
- Solution Guidance: Collaborate with customers to identify and implement tailored solutions that maximize efficiency and ROI.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and interactive product demos, showcasing the features and benefits of our payment solutions.
- Proof of Value Development: Work with customers to develop and implement Proof of Values, demonstrating the value of our solutions.
- Technical Liaison: Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth transitions and resolving technical issues.
- Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing expertise to inform product development and enhance sales strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, tool enhancement, and skill development to streamline sales processes and drive team performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a technical/data/pre-sales Consultant.
- Professional level of communication, design, and documentation of work based on our Sales Framework and Value-based Sales Methodology.
- Insatiable thirst for knowledge and development, with a desire to grow in your role and with the company.
- Technical savvy with a deep desire to build and support relationships and expand product use within a customer environment.
- Good judgment with consultative, problem-solving, and escalation resolution skills.
- Daily working experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Teams, etc.
