Jigsaw Specialist Recruitment is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join a dynamic and growing company in Poole. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting financial tasks and ensuring effective credit control.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage debt collection and control efficiently, ensuring timely payments from customers.
* Resolve accounts queries and oversee debt recovery, maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and customers.
* Send out monthly client statements and manage correspondence, providing clear and concise information.
* Prepare monthly reports and ad hoc financial statements as needed, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
* Process and reconcile warranty remittances, intercompany accounts, and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Reconcile finance products and review stocks and settlements, identifying areas for improvement.
