Production Manager

Flowserve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing activities related to production, inventory management, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement efficient production plans to meet business objectives.
- Manage and maintain high-quality standards in production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize production efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
- Provide guidance and training to production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or repair environment with a strong background in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
