Financial Management:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Financial Transactions: Handle billing, invoicing, and other financial transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Staff Management:
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and training to staff members, promoting their growth and development.
- Compliance: Ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business management role, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Certifications: Certification in massage therapy, preferably in Ayurvedic massage, is required.
- Skills: Proven experience or training in Ayurvedic massage therapy, proficiency in financial management and reporting, and the ability to perform and train others in Ayurvedic massage therapy.
