The Role of Support Professional
As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily living activities, promoting their social integration, and supporting their personal growth. You will work closely with service users to develop and implement personalized care plans that address their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support individuals in maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
- Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, if required.
- Document service delivery and progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with other professionals involved in the individual's care plan.
Qualifications:
A genuine passion for working with individuals with diverse needs is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this position.
