Mortgage Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at Your Mortgage Recruiter. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to high net worth individuals, business owners, and companies on complex mortgage cases.

• Provide mortgage and protection advice from the whole of the market to high net worth individuals, business owners, and companies.
• Work with international clients buying property in the UK.
• Handle high net worth/private clients, with warm leads provided by the company.
• Complete administration tasks, with an in-house administration team handling key/submissions via lender online portals/platforms.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and the administration team to see cases through to successful completion.
• Benefit from compliance support provided by the firm's Head of Compliance.
• Work with a team of in-house Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers to manage relationships with corporate clients and generate new business.

• Mortgage advising experience is essential, preferably within the independent market.
• Hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills (both English written and verbal).
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Desirable: HNW or Complex or International mortgage case experience, experience with Private Banks and/or Specialist Mortgage Lenders.
• Desirable: Ambitious, driven/committed to succeeding, and a team player.

• A very competitive starting basic salary of circa £40,000, negotiable based on skill-set/ability/role experience.
• Commission leading to an annual OTE of £100,000+.
• 25 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays).
