About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Planned Works to join our team at Lampton Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver efficient and effective planned works and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of planned works and maintenance professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement effective planned works and maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal use of resources.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of planned works and maintenance services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of planned works and maintenance services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of planned works and maintenance services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering planned works and maintenance services.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a degree in a relevant field or a professional certification in maintenance and asset management.
