About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Care Home in Malton. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, providing person-centered care that promotes dignity and respect for each resident. About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have current NMC registration and a good understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential.
