Bond Williams Limited is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team at Bournemouth Airport Business Park. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process all Accounts Payable invoices monthly, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
- Monitor Aged AP reports and maintain good housekeeping of supplier accounts.
- Manage the AP email inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Assist in AP process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Perform bank reconciliations and staff expenses processing.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Purchase Ledger or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Xero accounting software.
- AAT level 3 or equivalent qualification.
