Lead a Team of Dedicated Professionals

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader to oversee a 4-bedded residential home and community outreach service in the Fort William area.

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the development and progress of children in your care, overseeing admissions, placements, and transitions, and building strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.

You will provide leadership and support to your staff team, fostering a positive work environment and effectively managing staffing rotas, team development, and supervision processes.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with children and young people, particularly those with emotional or behavioural difficulties, and a strong knowledge of residential care regulations, safeguarding practices, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a 4-bedded residential home and outreach service
  • Ensure the development and progress of children in your care

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 4 or equivalent
  • Proven experience working with children and young people
  • Strong knowledge of residential care regulations and safeguarding practices
