Role Overview:


As a Client Relationship Manager, you will inherit a well-established portfolio of clients, previously managed by one of the founding Directors. Many of these clients have been with the firm since its inception, and your role will be to nurture these relationships while leveraging the company’s esteemed reputation to attract new business opportunities.


Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with a leading broking team and sales support staff to deliver top-notch risk management and advisory services.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker or Development Underwriter with comprehensive knowledge across various commercial sectors.
  • Exceptional client engagement and relationship-building capabilities.


Professional Development:


While progression towards ACII certification is advantageous, it is not mandatory. You will be expected to obtain the Cert CII qualification, which will be fully supported and funded by the company.
