As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Your expertise will be instrumental in keeping our building systems running optimally.
Your Responsibilities:- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on various electrical and mechanical systems, including air handling units (AHUs), air conditioning systems, emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, and generators.
- Ensuring a secure and compliant working environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all engineering and maintenance inquiries within the hospital.
- Performing planned preventative maintenance schedules in accordance with departmental objectives.
- Implementing water management control measures, such as flushing and temperature monitoring, while maintaining accurate records.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests logged through our Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, prioritizing urgent repairs and emergency situations.
- Collaborating with contractors and managing on-site works, including reviewing risk assessments and issuing permits to work.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancing maintenance processes and efficiency.
We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual with a proven track record in building maintenance. You should possess strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
