About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Business Manager to join our team at BAP Pharma Ltd. As a key member of our Medicines Access division, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project management for the MA specialist importer division from beginning to end, working closely with the line manager to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Process customer orders accurately for each enquiry, preparing quotes, POs, and invoices to ensure the company ethos of 'promised delivered' is followed throughout the process.
  • Plan and track project timelines and deliverables, utilizing our in-house stock control and customer order system: SAP Business by Design.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, wholesale partners, medical information departments, and logistics teams, to ensure collaborative and cohesive working.
  • Adhere to set regulatory and legislative standards and BAP Pharma internal processes, identifying potential crises and devising contingency plans in collaboration with the line manager.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails consistently, meeting and maintaining department KPIs to ensure response times for customers do not fall outside of SLA and achieve the CSFs.
  • Make proactive calls to customers to support account development needs when required.
Requirements
  • Educated to University Degree or College Diploma standard or higher (or equivalent).
  • 1 year's direct work experience in a project management and/or client management position.
  • Customer service skills and excellent telephone manner are essential.
  • Database and operating systems experience with stock control systems.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
  • Fluent English language, knowledge of foreign languages desirable but not essential.
