Overview:

  4. Collaborative Troubleshooting: Partner with global teams and external support to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Compliance Maintenance: Uphold PCI DSS standards and internal ITIL protocols.

Qualifications:
  1. Patch Management Expertise: Extensive experience with tools such as SCCM and Ivanti Patch in Windows Server environments.
  2. Vulnerability Resolution: Proven ability to manage and remediate system vulnerabilities effectively.
  3. Virtualization Proficiency: Hands-on experience with VMware and related technologies.
  4. Networking Acumen: Strong understanding of networking concepts including IPv4/6, DNS, DHCP, and security measures.
  5. Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical information clearly to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Relevant Microsoft Certifications (SCCM, MCP, MCSE, etc.) are advantageous.
  2. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
